If yours is a single establishment, or you are fairly certain of what you want to achieve, then we can probably arrange everything via phone and email. We will discuss the number of images, the day of the shoot and costs. We will also try to arrange a date and time to do the shoot. Remember, all travelling costs etc. are included in our prices, so there's NOTHING extra to pay.

If you are a larger establishment, would like to discuss terms face to face, have more needs or are part of a group, then we will send a representative to visit you at your premises. We can then plan out the entire schedule and you will be presented with a simple solution, again based on one contact and one contract.

…Web, CDs or both
Are you looking to use virtual tours on your website, or would you like to distribute them on CD to your prospective guest? We can supply CDs with the virtual tours at very reasonable rates. Please call for rates.

Alternatively, if you'd like to showcase your property on this website, then please give us a call and we'll discuss terms. We're now receiving many enquiries about where to place the virtual tours if no website is available. …the day of the shoot
We will arrive at your establishment in good time to discuss exactly what we’re going to do, and gain your approval. Please be aware that due to our exacting standards each image can take around 30 minutes to shoot and check on the laptop – so please allow plenty of time.

Our experience will allow us to suggest good ideas for tours, and make decisions around lighting etc.

We guarantee against faulty or shoddy workmanship – we will return to your premises at any time should you be dissatisfied in any way.
We agree to be at your premises on time.
We agree to create as little disruption as possible.
We commit to providing you with your completed tour/s within four working weeks of order.
